First things first, to prepare you for the healing process we always recommend that you thoroughly clean your house or hire a cleaning service so you’re not tempted to do your weekly chores while you’re on the mend after your procedure. It’s extremely important to allow yourself time to heal and take it easy for a few weeks.
Must-haves for the liposuction healing process:
  • Ice packs
  • Loose, comfy clothing
  • Extra pillows
  • Protein shakes or meal replacements – it may be difficult to eat for the first few days
  • Your favorite movies
  • A few books and magazines
  • A fridge and cupboard stocked with your favorite goodies
