Your Breast Reduction Consultation
During your consultation, Dr. Romanelli will talk to you about your goals and expectations for breast enhancement, including your expectations for breast size. You are encouraged to ask all of your questions, and to talk about your concerns throughout your breast reduction process. Dr. Romanelli will ask for a complete medical history, and will perform a breast exam.
If you have not recently had a mammogram, Dr. Romanelli may suggest having one before your breast reduction surgery is performed. Dr. Romanelli will explain, in detail, how your breast enhancement will be performed including:
- Where he will make incisions
- How he will reduce and shape the breast tissue, and
- Your potential results after recovery
All of your options for breast reduction will be discussed confidentially in the privacy of Dr. Romanelli's office. You can also view additional before and after photographs, as well as our onsite surgical facilities during your consultation. Our staff will assist in obtaining a pre-determination of benefits from your insurance carrier, when appropriate, to provide you with as much coverage as your plan allows.
